Class of 2026 Jayden Lau of Chris the King Regional High School (Queens, N.Y.) Boy’s basketball program has recently picked up a slew of Division I offers from Wagner, Manhattan, UT Arlington and South Dokota, according to VerbalCommits.com.
The 6-foot-1 point guard — who also suits up for his father’s AAU team, Eddie Lau Academy — is a true floor general who owns a utility belt full of hardwood tools. He is a three-level scorer who can shot the rock from mid-range and behind the arc well.
Additionally, Lau knows how to create separation for himself and his teammates. He also the one tasked with defending the other team’s best player, per RecruittheBronx.com.
Look for Lau’s game to progress this coming 2023-24 high school season as he grows both physically and mentally.
More importantly, however, Lau is also an excellent student, putting up a 3.6 GPA as a freshman.
