2022 Lake Land College (Ill.) forward Amar Kuljuhovic has received an offer from Division I Saint Peter’s Men’s (N.J.) basketball program, today he Tweeted.
The Peacock offer is the first for the 6-foot-9, 215-pound Kuljuhovic, who attended Waterloo West High School, in Waterloo, Iowa, per VerbalCommits.com.
He uses his size and length well to create mismatches and score buckets on the inside. Kuljuhovic averaged 7.8 points per game and grabbed a total of `86 rebounds in 30 tilts last season, per NJCAA.org.
The Lakers finished with a 16-15 overall record and went 8-8 in NJCAA D1-Region 24 conference play in the 22-22 campaign.
St. Peter’s posted a 22-12 record and went 14-6 Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) action in the 2021-22 campaign. Then, the Peacocks captured the MAAC Championship and went on a magical run, which ended in the NCAA Elite 8 to North Carolina.
