Former Davidson forward Nelson Boachie-Yiadom has verbally committed to Hofstra University Mens’ Basketball program, today VerbalCommits.com Tweeted.

The senior 6-foot-8, 220-pound London, England, native finished second on the Wildcats in blocks and shot better than 50 percent from the floor.

Before committing to Davidson, Boachie-Yiadom held offers from Colgate, Columbia and Stony Brook.

The Pride posted 21-11 record and went 13-5 in Colonial Athletic Association (CAA) Conference action this past season.
