In an effort to safeguard its future, Impact Wrestling has re-signed Su Yung to a new multi-year deal, as PWIndsider.com today first reported.
Yung’s deal with the company ran out back in March, but both sides continued to grind out an agreement until her recent sigining.
Yung, a Seattle, WA, native who debuted with Impact Wrestling in 2016, had added a second in-ring persona, Susie, to her on-camera wrestling work, switching back and forth between the two characters.
The 30-year-old Yung (real name: Vannarah Riggs) had previously worked in WWE, where she competed in its developmental territory, Florida Championship Wrestling (FCW), under the ring name Sonia.
