Ex-MLBer Dainel Fields Rejoins LI Ducks

Field has spent three campaigns on Long Island, batting .266 with 35 home runs, 124 RBI, 128 runs, 216 hits, 43 doubles, seven triples and 28 stolen bases. He has also played in 15 postseason tilts with the Ducks, totaling 12 hits, two homers, nine RBI, seven runs and seven walks.

Long Island Ducks Ink Ex-MLB Pitcher Sandy Baez

Baez spent parts of the 2018 and 2019 campaigns in MLB with the Detroit Tigers. He combined to make 10 relief appearances in "The Show," striking out 10 batters over 15.1 innings of work. 

LI Ducks Re-Sign 2019 Atlantic League Champ Vladimir Frias

Frias, 35, first became a part of Long Island in 2019. He played a career-best 128 contests and stole a career-high 28 bases while totaling eight homers, 34 RBI, 53 runs, 99 hits, 16 doubles and four triples. He then hit .267 and scored six runs in eight playoff games, helping the Ducks capture the Atlantic League crown.
