Former Kansas and Blair Academy (N.J.) guard Kyle Cuffe, Jr. is transferring to Syracuse University Orange Men’s basketball program, per Tweets. Cuffe will have three years of eligibility remaining.
The 6-foot-2, 185-pound Harlem. N.Y., native only appeared in two games before tearing his MCL and PCL in the 2022-23 season.
Cuffe, Jr., was a four-star signee, who Rivals.com ranked No. 56 following his high school senior season.
Cuffe Jr.’s dad, Kyle Cuffe Sr., played for the Red Storm basketball program from 2001-04 and averaged 11.2 and 7.2 rebounds per game while in Queens, New York City.
The Orange was 17-15 overall and went 11-7 in Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) play in the 2022-23 campaign.
