The Gastonia Honey Hunters have re-signed UNC-Charlotte alumnus and outfielder Zachary Jarrett for the upcoming 2023 Atlantic League of Professional Baseball (ALPB) campaign, today the team Tweeted.
Jarrett was member of the 20-20 club with 21 home runs and 31 stolen bases to go along with 84 RBI and a .313 batting average as well as a .380 OBP in 416 at-bats and 117 games last year.
The 28-year-old owns 37 homers and 167 RBI across his four-year minor career.
The Baltimore Orioles selected Jarrett in the 28th round of the 2017 Major League Baseball Amateur Draft.
Jarrett smacked 26 longballs and drove in 127 runs over three years as a 49ers.
