Class of 2024 Saint Joseph Metuchen High School’s (N.J.) Jeremy Clayville has received an offer from Division I Saint Francis (Pa.) Mens’ basketball program, today he Tweeted. It is Clayville’s first D1 basketball offer first.
Additionally, the 6-foot-1 combo guard has been on an official visit to Holy Cross, and has interest from Columbia, Longwood, Fairfield, Boston U and Cornell, according to his Twitter account.
Clayville, who previously attended DePaul, also plays AAU hoops for All In Basketball NJ and New Jersey Beast.
Clayville’s quick release has allowed him to get off shots before a defender is able to close in on him. Plus, he is a dead-on shooter with the ability to nail deep threes, penetrates defenses to get to the basket, and passes the ball very well.
The junior drained 303 points in 17 contests, a 17.8 points per game average.
