Class of 2025 Archbishop Stepinac High School Basketball wing/guard Cole Decker has verbally committed to Division III Bates College Bobcats Mens’ Basketball program, today the White Plains, N.Y., school announced via Twitter.
Bates will hold a roster spot for Decker next season.
The 6-foot-5 Pound Ridge, N.Y., native is a high-level shooter who had various interest from other D3 and D2 college hoop programs.
Bates, a high academic college, was 7-17 overall and 1-9 in New England Small School Athletic Conference (NESCAC) play the 2022-23 campaign.
