NJIT Hoops Offers Virginia HS Guard Matthew Shelton

Class of 2024 Evergreen Christian School (Va.) guard Matthew Shelton has received an offer from Division I New Jersey Institute Technology (NJIT) Mens’ basketball program, today he Tweeted.

Evergreen Christian School’s basketball player Matthew Shelton picks up second D1 basketball offer.

In addition to the Highlanders’ offer, the 6-foot-4, 180-pound Purcellville, Virginia, native holds an offer from Bethune-Cookman, according to VerbalCommits.com.

NJIT is 7-17 overall and 4-7 in America East Conference (AEC) play so far this season. The Highlanders travel to Binghamton tomorrow for a 7:00 p.m. game.
