Long Island’s Aaron Davis Commits to Bryant Hoops


Class of 2023 Aaron Davis, a postgraduate student-athlete at First Love Christian Academy (Pa.), has verbally commited to Division I Bryant Mens’ basketball program, today Adam Finkelstein Tweeted.

Davis, who hails from Bay Shore, Long Island, N.Y., held offers from DePaul, FDU, Morgan State, Towson and Hampton. Davis drained 59 points and made 17 threes in a single contest a couple of weeks ago, according to Finkelstein.

The 6-foot-6 Davis suited up for Bay Shore High School on Bay Shore, Long Island, and for St. Benedict’s Prep (N.J.) as a freshman and from his sophomore to senior years, respectively.

The Bulldogs are 15-8 overall and 6-4 in America East Conference (AEC) action so far this season. Bryant travels to Albany Wednesday for 7:00 p.m. game.
