Senior Nicole Melious did it again, posting another amazing game.
The gifted guard poured in 46 points, grabbed 15 rebounds, dished out seven assists and made three steals to help Wagner pick up a 81-34 non-league victory over John Jay (7-5) at the Hoopers NY, Coaches Choice USA’s MLK Classic tournament at Wagner High School Sunday on Staten Island.
Junior Samantha Harrell chipped in 18 points in the win for the Falcons (15-1).
Melious is averaging 42.2 points, 10.4 boards and 7.1 helpers while Harrell is averaging 16.3 points and 5.7 rebounds in nine PSAL games this season. Both players are shooting 85 percent from the charity stripe.
