Class of 2023 Our Saviour Lutheran (Bronx, N.Y.) guard Jameel Morris, who hails from New Jersey, has verbally committed to Division I Fairleigh Dickinson (N.J.) Men’s basketball program, yesterday he Tweeted.
The 6-foot-1 point guard spent four years at Trenton Catholic Academy (TCA) before coming to the Bronx for a year of post grad school at OLS.
A dynamic player and person, Morris is a hard worker who owns a nice handle and solid outside shot.
Morris drained 333 points, grabbed 133 and made 56 steals with TCA last season.
The Knights posted a 4-22 record and went 5-13 in Northeast Conference (NEC) play in the 2021-22 campaign.
