New Jersey’s Thomas Sorber of Archbishop Ryan High School (Philadelphia, Pa.) has received an offer from Division I Pittsburgh Panthers Men’s basketball program, today he Tweeted.
The 6-foot-9, 250-pound rising junior also holds offers from D1 Mississippi State, Providence, Maryland, Saint Joseph’s, Drexel, Bryant, Richmond, Georgetown and LaSalle, per VerbalCommits.com.
The big guy out of Trenton, N.J., is a fierce presence down low on both ends of the floor, especially in the rebounding department, and could only get better once he gains more experience.
Pittsburgh posted a 29-27 mark and went 13-16 Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) this past season.
