It has been a dynamite week for the Hoopers NY AAU program, as three players have received offers and an invite to a prestigious basketball camp.
2023 guard Kaety L’Amoreoux has garnered offers from Fairfield University and Marist College Women’s basketball programs, while 2024 6-foot-3 forward Natalie Fox picked up an offer from Marist.
Plus, 2025 Jordanna Schrecker has earned an invite to the John Lucas Enterprises top 160 Camp in September, in Houston, Texas. Lucas is a 14-year NBA veteran and former basketball All-American at the University of Maryland.
L’Amoreoux is a 1000-point scorer at Maine-Endwell High School (N.Y.) who was previously committed to Fordham. She now holds offers from Cornell and Canisius.
Fox, who plays at Millbrook High School (N.Y.), holds offers from Cleveland State, Lafayette, Xavier, Ohio State, Miami of Ohio, Hawaii, Seton Hall and Manhattan, among other programs.
Schrecker, who made the JLE 160 camp as just a rising sophomore, enjoyed a breakout season at New Dorp High School, in Staten Island, N.Y.
Schrecker averaged 12.00 points per game during the PSAL regular season, and 9.33 ppg in three postseason tilts with the Lady Central Cougars.
Additionally, she helped New Dorp post a 11-2 Staten Island PSAL league record and go 15-2 overall, grabbing the fifth seed in the girls Class “AA” conference.
