With a little over two months remaining in the Brooklyn Cyclones’ minor league season, the New York Mets High-A affiliate will be giving away seven various awesome, unique bobbleheads and a statue to a certain number of fans through the gates of Maimonides Park for the months of July and August.
Promotion: Condiment Bobbleheads
On Monday, July 4th, at 6:30 p.m., as America celebrates its independence, Cyclone fans will get the privilege to decide once and for all, which mouthwatering frankfurter condiment will be crowned king. You have a choice of bobbleheads to see which one is the fan favorite.
The first 2,000 fans through the gates will be able to choose either Ketchup, Mustard or Relish in bobblehead form, as we celebrate America’s Hot Dog Holiday.
Promotion: Mystery Bobblehead
On Friday, July 8th, at 7:00 p.m., Cyclone personnel will hand out Mystery Mets Bobbleheads to the first 2,000 fans in attendance. It could be Jacob deGrom, Pete Alonso, Mrs. Met or others. Who knows?
Promotion: Friends Night – Turkey Head Bobblehead
On Saturday, July 9th at 6:00 p.m., the first 2,000 fans in attendance will receive a Turkey Head Bobblehead, commemorating the episode when Monica purposely stuck her head in a turkey to make Chandler to laugh.
Promotion: Sandy the Seagull Color Your Own Bobblehead
On Sunday, July 10th, 2:00 p.m., the first 1,000 fans in attendance will receive a color your own Sandy the Seagull Bobblehead as part of our Crayola Experience takeover of the ballpark.
Promotion: Donovan Mitchell, Jr. Bobblehead
Saturday, July 16th, 6 p.m.
You may know him as an NBA All-Star as a Utah Jazz player or Slam Dunk Champion. But did you know that Donovan Mitchell, Jr., son of former Cyclone hitting coach Donovan Mitchell, Sr., used to be a regular on Coney Island as a Cyclones Bat Boy back in the team’s early years?
As part of “What Could Have Been Night” the first 2,000 fans in attendance will receive a special Donovan Mitchell, Jr. Bobblehead.
Promotion: Gil Hodges Statue
On Sunday, July 17th, at 2:00 p.m., the Cyclones will celebrate the long-awaited induction of Gil Hodges into the National Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown by giving away a Gil Hodges Statue, courtesy of Kings Auto Group, to the first 1,000 fans in attendance.
Promotion: Jerry Koosman Bobblehead
On Friday, August 5th at 7:00 p.m., as part of the Cyclones’ Amazin’ Friday Nights, the first 2,000 fans in attendance will receive a Jerry Koosman Bobblehead.
Koosman was a star pitcher with the Mets from 1967-78, in which won 140 games, posted a 3.09 ERA and recorded a 21-win season in ’76.
Koosman helped the Mets upset the Baltimore Orioles in the 1969 World Series, as well as the Cincinnati Reds in the National League Championship Series in ’73.

Friday, August 19th at 7:00 p.m., there will be another mystery Mets bobblehead giveaway. So, you never know who you might get.
