Head Coach Shelley Sheiner captured his 200th career victory, as the Division III Kean Cougars Mens’ Lacrosse team crushed Bryn Athyn College, 26-3, yesterday at home on Senior Day.
Junior Connor Batjer lead the offensive attack, recording eight points on four goals and four assists for Kean, who improved to 10-4 overall and 4-1 in the Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC).

The second winningest coach in program history, Sheiner entered the 2022 season, his 19th, with 190 career wins and Kean has qualified for the postseason in 15 of the 18 campaigns he has coached thus far.
Sheiner has led the Cougars to a long line of playoff accomplishments: NCAA Tournament Appearance – 2008, 2021; Colonial States Athletic Conference Championship – 2021; Skyline Conference Championship – 2008; and ECAC Metro Region Championship – 2010.
Kean hits the pitch again in Montclair, N.J., on Wednesday, Apr. 27th, against the Red Hawks of Montclair State University for their regular-season finale at 7:00 p.m.
