Sunrise Christian Academy (Kan.) point guard Isaiah Brickner has received a Division I offer from Marist College (N.Y.) Men’s Basketball program, yesterday he Tweeted.
The Marist hoops offer is the first for the 6-foot-4, 190-pound San Deigo, Calif., native, according to VerbalCommits.com.
A guard who owns a solid handle, Brickner, a San Diego native, gets to rim regularly and finishes with consistency, often drawing contact and the ensuing foul. He also possesses a nice outside jumper, and hustle to make plays happen.
Brickner attended St. Augustine High School in San Diego, where averaged 18 points and led the team in rebounds and assists last season, per Pete Quinn. He was also a second team All-San Diego selection.
