The Shore School High School product averaged 10.6 points, 4.4 rebounds and 3.5 assists per game in 31 contest this past campaign.
Otero posted a 24-7 overall record and went 9-3 in the National Junior College Athletic Assocation (NJCAA) Region XI Conference action.
The Highlanders recorded a 11-18 overall mark and went 6-12 in American East Conference (AEC) play.
