2022 Miami Dade College (Fla.) forward Khalil Turner has received an offer from Long Island University Mens’ Basketball program, today JucoRecruiting,com Tweeted.
A transfer from Rider, Turner, a 6-foot-8 sophomore guard/forward, also holds offers from Eastern Kentucky and Morgan State, according to VerbalCommits.com.
Turner, who had attended Sankofa Freedom Academy Charter School, has averaged 14.2 points, 6.7 rebounds, and 1.9 blocks per game in 24 contests with MDC this season.
MDC is 10-17 overall and 2-10 in the Southern Conference of the Florida State College Activities Association, a body of the National Junior College Athletic Association Region 8.
