2023 Saint James (Md.) wing Jayden Ross has received an offer from the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT) Highlanders Men’s Basketball program, today VerbalCommits.com Tweeted.
Additionally, the 6-foot-7 Ross, who also plays for Team Melo EYBL, holds offers from Virginia Tech, Towson, Penn State, Temple, George Mason, and Howard.
Ross is a player with the ability to score from several different levels, and owns a solid mid- to long-range jump shot. Futhermore, he has some room to grow both physically (muscular strength) and mentally, and brings a high celling to the table. Therefore, the Bristow, Va., native will be a boon to any program that nurtures him to the right way.
NJIT posted a 7-12 overall record and went 6-10 in American East Conference (ACE) action this past season.
