Montgomery HS Hoops’ Ryan Curry Picks Up Army West Point Offer


2022 Montgomery (N.J.) guard Ryan Curry has received an offer from Army West Point Men’s Basketball program, Montgomery High School Head Coach Tweeted. It is the first offer for Curry, who also played for the AAU Jersey Force.

Montgomery HS’s Ryan Curry picks up first Division I offer from Army West Point Men’s Hoops.

High school and college scouts describe the 6-foot-1, 165-pound Curry as a true point guard who is unselfish, and he has been improving every season as a Cougar. He poured in 239 points in 14 games last New Jersey High School hoops season–good for a 17-point per game average.

Before that, Curry enjoyed an impressive junior year, dropping in 344 points in 26 contests–good for a 13.2 points per game average.

Army West Point posted a 12-10 overall record and went 7-7 in Patriot League Conference (PLC) action in the 2020-21 campaign.
