Our Lady of Lourdes High School (NY) and NSS Naturals’ Simone Pelish seemed destined to set the college recruiting women’s hoops world on fire.
After all, Pelish is a gifted sophomore guard, with size and youth on her side. Now, the 6-footer has recently picked up an offer from St. John’s Women’s Basketball program, per Tweet from Sean Smith, making that eight offers underneath her belt.
Additionally, Pelish holds offers from Syracuse, Marist, Seton Hall, Fordham, Xavier, Ohio State, and Butler. And that’s just the beginning for the on-the-rise high school hoops prospect.
Pelish, who earned all-section honors in Westchester/Rockland counties in the 2020-21 campaign, averaged 15.5 points, 6.1 assists, and 5.7 rebounds per game with the Hoopers NY during the 2020 AAU season.
