Brooklyn Native, Hillcrest Prep’s Ziare Wells Earns 5th D 1 Hoops Offer from Long Beach State

Former South Shore Viking (Brooklyn) and current 2022 Hillcrest Prep (Ariz.) guard Ziare Wells has received an offer from Long Beach State Men’s Basketball program, today his current high school Tweeted.

Zaire Wells picks up 5th Division I college hoops offer.

Wells also holds offers from Seton Hall, New Mexico State, Nebraska, and and DePaul.

The 6-foot-6, 165-pound Wells averaged seven points per game in 13 contests with South Shore in the 2019-20 campaign.

Long Beach State posted a 6-12 mark and went 4-8 in the Big West Conference (BWC) in the 2020-21 season.
