South Kent (Conn.) guard/forward has received an offer from Central Connecticut State Men’s Basketball program, sources Tweeted yesterday.
Rogan, a 6-foot-7, 195-pounder out of Saratoga Springs, N.Y., also holds offers from St. Peter’s (N.J.), Albany, and Stony Brook.
Rogan’s height and ability to shoot from the outside presents match up for smaller guards.
Moreover, Rogan doesn’t need much room to shoot over defenders, and will often create just enough space to sink the outside jumper. He does especially well when Kent HS uses set plays designed to move the ball around the perimeter, giving him good looks at the basket.
Rogan also suits up for City Rocks Nike’s Elite Youth Basketball League (EYBL).
The Blue Devils posted a 5-16 overall record and 5-13 in Northeast Conference action last season.
