Princeton Hoops Gets Commit from Mass HS Guard Deven Austin

Wilbraham & Monson High School (Mass.) senior guard Deven Austin has committed to Ivy League Princeton Men’s Basketball, last night he Tweeted.

Deven Austin verbally commits to D I Tiger Hoops.

Additionally, the 6-foot-5 Vernon, CT., native had offers from Army West Point and Brown before ultimately committing to the Tigers.

Austin also played AAU basketball with NE6, and spent all four years at Wilbraham & Monson High School, a prep school in Wilbraham, Mass., which is a rarity on the high school basketball scene these days.

The Tigers posted a 14-13 overall mark and went 9-5 in Ivy League Conference action this past season.
