Bergen Catholic (NJ) point guard Will Richardson has received an offer from Wichita State Men’s Basketball program, per Tweets from Andrew Slater and VerbalCommits.com.
Additionally, Richardson, a senior, holds offers from Iona, Stanford, Maryland, and Vanderbilt, among others.
Richardson scored 164 points and made 18 steals in nine games last season. With a total of 876 points in three years as a Crusader, the 6-foot-2, 160-pounder is only 124 points from the 1000-point high school hoops milestone, even after last year’s truncated campaign.
The Shockers posted a 16-6 overall record and went American Athletic Conference (AAC) in the 2020-21 season.
