Archbishop Spalding (Md.) guard C.J. Scott has received an offer from New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT) Men’s Basketball program, he recently Tweeted.
Additionally, Scott, a 6-foot-4, 195-pound rising senior, holds Division I offers from Towson and the Univeristy of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC).
Scott has the ability to shake defenders, get to the basket, and finish consistently. He also draws the foul well. Plus, he owns a solid outside jump shot, and can find the open teammate when needed.
Defensively, he is versatile and can guard positions 2-4 very effectively.
Expect Scott’s college hoops recruitment to heat up as his senior year progresses.
The Highlanders posted a 7-12 overall record and went 6-10 in American East Conference (AEC) action this past season.
