Kaety L’Amoreaux enjoyed a fantastic AAU season, and college coaches took notice.
As a result, the Hoopers NY and Maine-Endwell High School standout has earned an offer from Fordham Women’s Basketball, yesterday Hoopers NY Head Coach Dan Melious told BrooklynSportsWorld.com.
L’Amoreaux, a 5-foot-7 rising junior guard, also holds Division I offers from Butler, Binghamton, and Vermont,
In 83 games with the Hoopers NY, L’Amoreaux averaged 14.9 points, 7.5 rebounds, 5.0 assists, and 3.5 steals per game while shooting 91 percent from the charity stripe.
Melious could not say enough positive things about L’Amoreaux’s athletic ability and the ever-so vital intangibles that she possesses.
“Kaety had a real high motor, plays w intensity,” Melious explained. She is “very quick . Can score many ways and is a leader. She plays with so much heart. She’s like family to me.”
The Rams posted a 12-6 overall record and went 8-2 in Atlantic 10 Conference action this past season.
