Rising Blair Academy (NJ) senior guard Otega Oweh has added another school to his ever-growing college recruitment list, as he received an offer from Georgia Bulldogs Basketball, he Tweeted yesterday.
Additionally, the 6-foot-3, 170-pound guard owns Division I offers from Providence, Oklahoma, VCU, Minnesota, Miami, Washington, Penn State, Virginal Tech, George Mason, Georgetown, UMass, Maryland Eastern Shore, St. John’s, Nebraska, DePaul, George Washington, Columbia, Brown, and UPenn, per VerbalCommits.com.
Oweh only played in one game this past season (not sure why), but he was a standout player at Rutgers Prep, scoring 433 points and grabbing 191 boards in 29 tilts (14.9 ppg and 6.6 rpg) in the 2019-2020 campaign. Oweh also plays AAU basketball for Team Final.
The Bulldogs posted a 14-12 record and went 7-11 in the Southeast Conference (SEC) this past season.
