Otega Oweh, a rising senior at Blair Academy in NJ, has garnered an offer from Oklahoma Men’s Basketball program, today he Tweeted.
Additionally, the 6-foot3, 170-pound shooting guard owns Division I offers from VCU, Minnesota, Miami, Washington, Penn State, Virginal Tech, George Mason, Georgetown, UMass, Maryland Eastern Shore, St. John’s, Nebraska, DePaul, George Washington, Columbia, Brown, and UPenn, per VerbalCommits.com.
He only played in one game this past season (not sure why), but Oweh was a standout player at Rutgers Prep, scoring 433 points and grabbing 191 boards in 29 tilts (14.9 ppg and 6.6 rpg) in 2019-2020.
The Sooners posted a 16-11 overall record and went 9-8 in Big XII action in the 2020-21 campaign.
