After decommitting from Fordham and months of contemplation, 2021 forward Shemani Fuller, who played for the New York Lighting EYBL AAU squad and The Woodstock Academy (CT), has announced he will attend/play for Western Michigan Men’s Basketball, tonight he Tweeted.
Additionally, the 6-foot-9, 205-pound Mount Vernon, NY, native had several hoop offers in his first recruitment go-around. Rider, Quinnipiac, St. Peter’s, Maryland Eastern Shore, Siena, Bryant, St. Bonaventure, Canisius, UMass, Norfolk State, Western Illinois, Little Rock, and Stony Brook, among others, vied for his impressive hardwood services, per Verbal Commits.com.
Fuller also played hoops for Cardinal Hayes High School in the Bronx.
Western Michigan posted a 5-16 mark and went 4-12 in Mid-American Conference (MAC) action this past season.
