Hoopers NY Upend Nike Lady Gym Ratz, 85-47, in Game 1 of Orlando Splash AAU Tourney

Another AAU girls’ tournament game, another win for the 17U Hoopers NY, as its beat the Nike Lady Gym Ratz, 85-47, in Game One Blue Pool D in the Orlando Splash Tournament on Tuesday at the Orange County Convention Center.

Rising junior guard Nicole Melious (Susan Wagner, NY) paced Hoopers NY with 33 points while Nicole Sanfilippo (Ardsley, NY) contributed 25 points and Maya Watts (Arlington, NY) added 11 in the lopsided victory.

Hoopers NY returns to action versus CyFair Elite Red on Wednesday at 8:30 a.m.
