Rutgers Prep’s Katie Ledden Picks Up Fifth D I Hoops Offer from Lafayette


Katie Ledden of Rutgers Prep (NJ) has worked tirelessly to fulfill her aspiration of playing Division I basketball one day, leaving nothing to chance.

Well, the hard work continues to pay dividends, as the rising junior has received an offer from Lafayette College Women’s hoops after an unofficial visit today, she Tweeted.

This is the fifth hoops offer for Ledden, who now has the St. Joseph’s Hawks (PA), Quinnipiac, and Rhode Island under her belt.

The 6-foot, 135-pound rising junior also play hoops for the AAU Philly Rise 16u team, which is part of the Elite Youth Basketball League (EYBL) circuit.

The Lafayette Leopards posted a 5-8 overall record and went 5-7 in Patriot League Conference (PLC) action this past season.
