Yesterday, rising junior guard Jayden Lemond of Blair Academy (NJ) and the AAU PSA Cardinals has garnered an offer from the University of Georgia, per multiple Tweets.
The 6-foot-4, 150-pound Englewood, N.J., native also has offers from Oklahoma State, Hofstra, Wichita State, TCU, Bryant, Kennesaw State, Auburn, and the Big East’s Providence, UConn, St. John’s, and Seton Hall.
As a sophomore with Dwight-Englewood High School (NJ), Lemond, who reclassified into the 2023 class, enjoyed an outstanding year. He dropped in 311 points, grabbed 117 rebounds, dished out 79 assists, and made 40 steals in 22 games in the 2019-20 campaign.
The Georgia Bulldogs posted a 14-12 overall record and went 7-11 in the Southeastern Conference (SEC).
