Gifted Gill St. Bernard’s (NJ) junior guard Denver Anglin has received an offer from the Providence Frias Men’s Basketball program, yesterday he Tweeted.
Anglin is a hot high school hoops commodity, as he owns offers from Big East Rivals Seton Hall and Georgetown, plus other Garden State programs such as St. Peter’s and NJIT.
Additionally, Anglin holds offers from Stanford, Columbia, Brown, Ole Miss, SMU, George Washington, Siena, Bryant, New Mexico, and TCU, per VerbalCommits.com.
Anglin dropped in 195 points, grabbed 33 rebounds, and dished out 47 assists in seven games this past season, good for a 27.86 ppg, 4.71 rpg, and 6.71 apg average.
The Montclair native played well in his sophomore year, recording 14.0 points, 3.8 assists, and 1.8 steals per game.
As a freshman, the 6-footer poured in 326 points, grabbed 74 rebounds, and made 40 steals in 30 tilts.
The Frais posted a 13-13 over record and went 9-10 in Big East Conference action in the 2020-21 campaign.
