Wilbraham & Monson Academy (MA) forward Kyle Filipowski has received an offer from Rutgers Men’s Basketball program, today he Tweeted.
Rutgers is among numerous other solid hoops program vying for the junior 6-foot-10, 215-pound power forward’s services.
Filipowski currently holds offers from Stanford, Illinois, Pittsburg, Ohio State, Notre Dame, Georgetown, Purdue, Creighton, Louisville, Iowa, Xavier, Marquette, Boston College, Maryland, Virginia Tech, Connecticut, UCLA, Vanderbilt, Providence, Bryant, Marist, and Stony Brook, per VerbalCommits.com.
Long and lean, Filipowski possesses all the necessary tools to succeed at the next level. He owns a good outside jumper, is tenacious and determined on both ends of the floor, and possess strong inside moves to the basket as he finishes well.
Filipowski, who resides in Westtown, NY, also plays hoops for the renowned AAU New York Renaissance (Rens).
The Scarlet Knights posted a 16-12 overall record and went 10-10 Big 10 Conference action.
