Albany Basketball Offers Long Island Native, The Phelps School’s Myles Mucius


University at Albany (SUNY) Men’s Basketball has offered small forward Myles Mucius of The Phelps School (Pa), today Andrew Slater Tweeted.

Mucius is 6-foot-6, 180-pound freshman from East Patchogue, Long Island, who also plays for the PSA Cardinals.

Trey Morin, Head Basketball Coach at The Phelps School, commented on Mucius’ first college offer, saying this in a Tweet: “Congrats to one of the most improved players in our program. Sky is the limit for this kid.”

Hoops is in the family genes, as Mucius’ brother, Isaiah, just completed his junior season at Wake Forest.

Albany posted a 7-9 overall record and went 6-6 American East Conference (AEC).
