LuHi’s Jaxon Koroll Picks Up Wake Forest Hoops Offer

It has been a good recruiting week for the Long Island Lutheran (NY) boy’s basketball team, as Jaxon Koroll has landed an offer from Division I Wake Forest (NC), today the program Tweeted.

Yesterday, Kacper Kłaczek received an offer from Texas Christian University (TCU).

A 6-foot-10, 230-pound Canadian native, Koroll possesses a 7-foot-1 wingspan and a 27-inch vertical leap, which helped him grab 12 rebounds per game last season, per ncsasports.org.

The junior center/power forward shot 45 percent from the field and sank 70 percent from the charity stripe.

At just 16 years of age, Koroll is one to watch in the 2021 high school hoops year.

The Demon Deacons are off to a 3-4 start and 0-4 in Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) this season. Wake Forest posted a 13-18 mark and went 6-14 in ACC play last year.
