Pocono Mountain West’s (PA) Christian Fermin has received an offer from Division I Marist College Men’s Basketball (NY), per sources.
Fermin, a 6-foot-9, 190-pound junior power forward, has offers from Siena, LaSalle, Central Connecticut State, St. Bonaventure, Hofstra, and Lincoln, according to VerbalCommits.com.
A player who started playing the game as a freshman, Fremin hasn’t even approached his high ceiling yet, according to his coaches at Pocono Mountain West. And many high school coaches in the area consider him to be one of the best players in the EPC and District 11.
Fremin, who also plays AAU ball for the PSA Cardinals, is on the rise and seems like offers will roll in, in due course.
The Marist Foxes posted a 7-23 record and went 6-14 in Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) action last season.
