The St. Francis Brooklyn offer is the first one for the 6-foot-2 gifted sophomore out of Wilmington, DE, per VerbalCommitts.com.
Butcher spent his first year of college at Delaware Tech Community College, where he performed well both on and of the hardwood.
The former Mount Pleasant High School hoops standout made the Blue Hen All-Conference teams as a junior and senior after guiding his squad to a conference championship both years. He also represented his high school in the Blue-Gold All-Star game as a senior.
The Terries posted a 13-18 overall record and went 7-11 in Northeast Conference (NEC) play last season.
