Morgan Lee of The Kent School (CT) has just received an offer from Seton Hall, Hoopers Head Coach Dan Melious Tweeted today.
The 6-foot-4 junior center, who also plays for AAU Hoopers NY, holds offers from Quinnipac, Manhattan, Marist, Fordham, Buffalo, Georgetown, Lafayette, West Virginia, Ole Miss, Monmouth, and Wisconsin, according to WBBBlog.com.
Given her height, it is no surprise that she can rebound with the best high school players and eats up players down low. But Lee can also shoot the trey, uses the glass well to score, and owns a sweet fadeaway, turnaround jumper, making her nearly impossible to stop her from draining buckets.
Oh, and if that is not enough, Lee possesses the keen vision to find open teammates when she is doubled-teamed to dish to for the score.
Defensively, Lee uses her long arms to swat basketballs into oblivion regularly.
What is there not to like? Lee’s overall court abilities have college coaches chomping at the bit for her hardwood services, and she will only get better as she matures, which is a scary thought for the opposition.
The Pirates posted a 19-12 overall record and went 11-7 in Big East Conference action last season.
