Rumson-Fair Haven’s Cortland McBarron has verbally committed to Division III Williams College (Mass), today Dave Callahan, head coach of the RFH girls’ varsity basketball team, Tweeted.
The rising senior drained 314 points and grabbed 176 rebounds, to go along with 67 steals in 30 games (0.74 ppg, 5.87 rpg, 2.23 spg) last season.
A two-sport athlete, with soccer being her second athletic pursuit, McBarron led the Lady Bulldogs in points in her sophomore year, and was second on the team, behind Paige Slaven, committed to play and study at Saint Michael’s in Colchester, VT, in the 2019-20 campaign.
The Ephs recorded a 20-8 mark and went 6-4 in the New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC).
