Jackson Memorial Girl’s Hoops’ Lexy Linton Commits to Kent State

Lexy Linton, a rising senior at Jackson Memorial High School, did not wait for her senior year to start to commit to a college, as she chose the Kent State University Women’s Basketball program, today she announced on Twitter.

In a genuine, gracious fashion, Linton thanked a slew of coaches and people, including her parents, on Twitter.

The Team Rio University (AAU) player enjoyed a notable season as a high school junior, racking up 327 points in 22 games played for Rancocas Valley, for a 14.9 points-per-contest average in the 2019-20 campaign.

The Flashes posted a 19-11 record and went 11-7 in Mid-American Conference (MAC) play last season.
