The Red Storm men’s basketball program has offered 6-foot-8 forward DeAntoni Gordon (2021) of Northwest Mississippi Community College today after Kent State did the same, multiple outlets Tweeted.
Additionally, Gordon, a two-time Alabama all-state performer at LeFlore Academy in Mobile, has received offers from South Alabama and Old Dominion.
Gordon, a Mobile, Alabama, native, suited up for Wichita State as a freshman and played in 20 games for the Shockers, averaging less than one point per game.
St. John’s posted a 17-15 record and went 5-13 in Big East action in the 2019-20 season.
Kent State registered a 20-12 mark and put up a 9-9 record in Mid-American Conference play.
