Cardozo Judges Hoopsters Baskerville, White Committ to Colleges

The PSAL’s Benjamin Cardozo High School basketball program had a pair of players–Chamarri Baskerville and Errol White–commit to colleges over the past two days, both of which were announced on Twitter yesterday and Friday, respectivley.

Baskerville, a senior shooting guard, has committed to Plattsburgh State College in the fall, while White is headed to Central Georgia Technical College, winner of the 2020 Georgia Collegiate Athletic Association (GCAA) Region 17 Championship. 

The 6-foot-2 Baskerville averaged 9.2 points and 4.4 rebounds per game in 10 games in the 2019-20 season, and posted 7.9 points and 4.4 boards per tilt as a junior.

White, a 6-foot-6 forward, averaged 10.08 points and 13.83 rebounds per game in 12 contests as a senior and 14 and 11.93 as a junior.

Plattsburgh State College is a Division-3 college that plays in State Unversity of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAA). The Cardinals posted an 8-17 mark and 5-13 in the SUNY Athletic Conference.

Central Georgia Technical College, a member of the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA), went 23-10 and 13-3 in conference action.
