Wildwood Catholic High School (NJ) rising senior wing Marianna Papazoglou has received an offer from the Division-I University of Pennsylvania (UPenn), today she announced on Twitter.
As of February 2020, Papazoglou holds offers from Manhattan and Monmouth, both of which are D-I athletic colleges, per WBBBlog.com, among visiting and receiving interest from a host of other schools.
Papazoglou’s versatility allows her to slide into almost any position of the court.
Furthermore, she’s a pure scorer, dropping in 473 points, grabbing 231 rebounds, and handing out 139 helpers while registering 26 blocks and 89 steals last season.
As just a sophomore, however, Papazoglou drained an amazing 537 points.
She led the Lady Crusaders to a 22-5 record in the 2019-20 campaign and plays AAU hoops for the Philadelphia Belles.
Additionally, Papazoglou is an excellent student, evident by her offer from Ivy League UPenn.
