Former Division III New York University (NYU) forward Dom Cristiano has received an offer from D-II St. Thomas Aquinas in Sparkill, New York, Verbal Commits D2 announced on Twitter today.
Cristiano, who’s an alum of Greens Farm Academy High School, in Westport Connecticut, is a graduate transfer with one year left of eligibility. The six-foot-eight, 215 pound senior was a member of the basketball team at Lafayette College in Easton, Pennsylvania, but did not see any action.
The Valhalla, New York, native only played in one game with NYU (Eastern Athletic Conference) during the 2019-20 campaign but led the team in scoring with 391 points and 16.3 points per game (24 contests) in the previous season.
Also, Cristiano led the Violets in blocks, rebounds, free throws, and field goals, and recorded eight double-doubles that same year.
