New Jersey’s High School Girls’ 2020 Morris County Tournament continued today, with the first two quarterfinal tilts in the books.
Here’s how the action shook out:
(3) Randolph vs. (6) St. Elizabeth
Third-seeded Randolph advanced to the Morris County semifinals after dowing No. 6 St. Elizabeth, 43-37, in the first game of the day at Morris Knolls High School.
Angeleen Mulero hit three from behind the arc while scoring a game-best 20 points and Sarah Bona chipped in with 11 for the Lady Rams.
Caitlin Barry led the Lady Eagles with 12 points.

(2) Chatham vs. (10) Morris Knolls
Defense spoils the day, as Chatham’s was on ponce again, helping it advance to the county semifinals with a stifling 51-25 win over Morris Knolls in the second tilt of the day.
Senior guard Maddie Hartnett drained a game-high 12 points and four steals while senior forward Shannon Donohoe contributed 11 and grabbed a contest-best eight rebounds for the second-seeded Lady Cougars.
