Rise Against
Rise Against’s The Mourning in Amerika Tour comes to Brooklyn.

Rise Against, with special guests AFI and Anti-Flag, will be hitting the Ford Amphitheater on the Coney Boardwalk in Brooklyn on Wednesday, August 1st, as the band will be rocking all over North American on its Mourning In Amerika Tour this summer.

The American melodic rock band from Chicago, Illinois, will be bringing its hard-driving music and socially conscience lyrics to the historic seashore. Wolves is Rise Against’s eighth studio album.

Rise Against, known for their progressive views, backs organizations such as Amnesty International and the It Gets Better Project. The group, which formed in 1999, actively promotes animal rights and most of the members are straight edge (excluding Brandon Barnes), PETA supporters and vegetarians, according to multiple news outlets

The Mourning in Amerika tour will jump off on July 27 in Montreal, Quebec, at the festival ’77 Montreal before visiting New York City.
